Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a 0,6 or 1FTE (junior) project manager who will be responsible for the organisation and performance of a variety of trade promotion projects / events. A small overview of what these activities could include: inward and outward missions, pavilions on trade shows in and outside Europe.
You are responsible for the acquisition phase, realization phase and follow up of different projects / events and you will assist a senior account manager when needed within their projects.

You work closely with national and international parties, work with other cultures and you will travel several times a year.

Some tasks and responsibilities
- Selection of interested companies, the target group
- Press release, website, social media etc.
- Contact with participants of the trade mission or who will attend a trade fair
- Intake interviews, matchmaking; what are the wishes of the participant? Find a match with a potential business partner
- International contacts with local partners abroad
- Creative interpretation of pavilions  (stands and decoration)
- Interviews with event organizers and stand builders. Also arrange / organize exhibition facilities (such as electricity, tickets, parking etc.) with exhibition and stand builders.
- Planning of travel programs; flight, hotels, visa etc.
- Evaluation of the activity
- Financial settlement
- Final report of the client where the processes are briefly described and evaluated.

Skills required
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in the Dutch and English language (written and spoken).  
  Skilled in another language is highly preferred.
- Willing to travel several times a year
- A professional attitude; service minded, eye for quality and a strong responsibility feeling
- Passion for food and interested in agriculture
- Hands-on mentality and stress resistant.
- HBO work and thinking level (marketing, international management, economic college level (agriculture)

Account Manager / Director

The account manager / director will be responsible for one or more clients, writes and presents the annual strategies and budget plans, has direct contact with the clients and runs the activities as a "hands on manager". The account manager  / director assist the CEO in acquisition, general management and writing of proposals and strategies. Minimum 0,8 Fte - 1 Fte

You are enthusiastic to travel, creative, flexible,  good social skills, service minded, representative, and result driven.

Skills required
- Experienced in budgeting, people manager, structured worker
- The account manager is good in writing (reports, strategies and press releases)
- English, Dutch and minimum one extra language
- Passion for food and interest in agriculture, experience is a pro
- Enthusiastic to work with other cultures
- Marketing or economy college level (agriculture)
- Several years experience
