You can register via our website for participation in activities such as exhibition participation, participation in a trade mission or in our seminars and other activities. If you register for an exhibition participation, we will also use your registration to register you at the relevant exhibition and for the entry in the exhibition catalog. If you sign up for a trade mission, we will use your details for inclusion in the mission guide. If you register for other activities, we will only publish your company name and participant’s name.

The data gathered by us from the forms and other administrative communications are kept in our database for a maximum period of 1 year, unless otherwise specified. This data is necessary for us to provide the Phaff services.
